Food: Dango



Dango is a Japanese sweet treat made of rice flour. The stereotypical one has 3 balls, one pink, one green, and one white. Each ball is a different flavour. If you want something chewy, a little sticky, and super delicious. You should definitely try this treat.


Ingredients

-rice flour

-water

-mirin

-Artificial flavors (opt)


1. Mix the flour with water, then use your hands to make dough balls.


2. Divide the dough balls and add food colouring. You can add matcha powder for a green tea flavour and the colour of the green balls and pink food colouring to the pink balls.


3.Boil in water


4.Skewer three on a stick and enjoy plain or with your desired topping or sauce!
