Christmas and Hanukah (food edition!)

We are all excited for winter break, I'm excited too. Who is celebrating a holiday(s) during the break, no offense family but my favorite part is probably the presents. And food, definitely food, speaking of which here are some holiday foods and the rankings for them:

The main meal (or one of them)

Its the same meal as Thanksgiving, Here is a link to a recipe: Click

One of my favorite meats, a cow meat that is often associated with barbeque; it is so juicy and the flavor is amazing : Click

A type Stuffing filled with herbs and a starch such as bread, usually the appetizer or a side of a meal. Not my vibe; I have tried it every year, just not my thing: Click

Potato Latkes:

YUM! A latke is a pancake type of thing or fritter in Ashkenazi Jewish cuisine that is usually served during Hanukah. Latkes are made with potatoes, cheese, onion and zucchini. They are delicious! Click

Gravy is a sauce often made from the juices of meats that are usually used with turkey, I can't eat it without it: Click

Noodle Kugel:

Kugel is a baked casserole, it is made with lokshen or Jewish egg noodles or potato. It is a traditional Ashkenazi Jewish dish. *gags, some people like them but when I tried it I almost threw up (no offense) Click

Bye Bye! Hope you have a Merry Christmas or Happy Hanukah.
